At many shows, Expofreight will have a member of the team on-site during the build-up and breakdown periods. We will provide you with contact details of our representative so that you can contact them at any time.
Should you decide to sell your equipment during the show, our representative will advise you how to proceed. We can arrange onward transportation and local customs formalities to ensure that you pay the local customs authority only the amounts of duties and taxes due.

Note: We cannot guarantee on-site representation by our own personnel at every event. In such cases, our highly experienced, bilingual local agent partner may attend on our behalf.

To ensure safe delivery, Expofreight will work with the appointed drayage company, ascertaining when we can deliver your shipment to them, how to label it and to arrange collection from them after the show.
